Progress Seen In 4-Way Talks Over Grain Exports By Sea

U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says Russian and Ukrainian negotiators made “very substantive progress” on enabling Ukrainian grain to be exported by sea, reports Interfax-Ukraine.

On Tuesday, Russian, Turkish, Ukrainian and U.N. officials met in Istanbul to discuss mechanisms to allow Kyiv to export its grain by sea.
