Program Aims At Protecting Canadian Ships Against Lasers

Defense Research and Development Canada (DRDC), Valcartier, Quebec, has awarded Cassidian a contract to develop new technologies to detect and counter laser-based threats in Canada's harbors and coastal waters, reports Cassidian, the defense and security division of EADS.
