Production Delivery Starts For Desert Chameleon APCs

The Kuwaiti Ministry of the Interior has taken delivery of the first production model 6 x 6 armored personnel carriers from Advanced Defense Vehicle Systems (ADVS), according to a release from the Lake Orion, Mich.-based company.
Work on the Desert Chameleon vehicle began in 2007 to meet the ministry's specific mobility, survivability and performance requirements.
