The prime minister of Libya's internationally recognized government has survived an attempt on his life in Tobruk, say Libyan officials cited by Deutsche Welle.
Abdullah al-Thinni's motorcade was attacked Tuesday as it left Parliament in Tobruk, reported CNN.
Five cars intercepted the convoy and a gunman in one of the vehicles opened fire on al-Thinni's car, said a government spokesman.
