South Korean President Yook Suk Yeol says he will make COVID-19 vaccines available to North Korea as it suffers its first reported outbreak of the virus, reports the Korea Biomedical Review.
On Friday, Pyongyang acknowledged that six people had died from the COVID omicron variant among more than 350,000 cases in the last month. About 180,00 people are currently quarantining with COVID-related symptoms.
