Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has accused charged Pakistan with complicity for failing to stop Taliban militants from making a recent series of attacks, reports the Wall Street Journal.
"We hoped for peace, but war is declared against us from Pakistani territory," Ghani told reporters on Monday.
