President Rejects PM’s Resignation

President Sergio Mattarella has rejected Prime Minister Mario Draghi’s resignation, reports the Local (Italy).
Draghi tendered his after the populist Five Star Movement (M5S) party abstained from a vote on a 23 billion euro (US$23.1 billion) aid package designed to help Italians deal with rising energy costs and inflation.
