President Offers Bilateral Truce With FARC

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos has offered a bilateral truce with the FARC guerrilla group at the beginning of the new year, reports Deutsche Welle.

The cease-fire would likely be implemented on Jan. 1, 2016, said Santos on Wednesday.
