President To Implement Military Export Policy Changes

President Barack Obama plans to ease restrictions on sales to foreign buyers with a series of changes over exports of military and dual-use items, the Wall Street Journal reports.

The measures are expected to lay the foundation for a new export-control system to replace the current, decades-old system that critics have called burdensome.
