Uzbekistan's President Islam Karimov is seeking stronger relations with NATO, reports Interfax-AVN (Russia).
Karimov met Tuesday in Brussels with NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen. Uzbek state media said their agenda included a partnership program, decision planning and analysis, as well as cooperation concerning anti-terrorism, drug-trafficking and nonproliferation.
