Preparations Being Made For Nuclear Test

A source says North Korea is almost ready to carry out another nuclear test, reports the Daily Mail (U.K.).
When asked whether the North was preparing for a third test, the unnamed source replied: "Soon. Preparations are almost complete."
Reuters has cited a senior source, said to be close to Pyongyang and Beijing, about the preparations.
