Precision Strike Missile Demonstrates Maximum Range In Test

Lockheed Martin has just demonstrated the extended-range capabilities of its new surface-to-surface missile.

On Oct. 13, the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) was fired from a High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) launcher at Vandenberg Space Force Base, Calif., over the Pacific Ocean, Lockheed said in a release.
