Prague Mulls Giving Small Arms, Ammo To Iraq, Jordan

The Czech government has been discussing donating thousands of submachine guns and ammunition to Iraq and Jordan, reports the Czech News Agency.

The proposal, which was considered on Monday, calls for 6,500 new and used submachine guns and more than 7 million rounds to the Iraqi and Kurdish armed forces, according to the Defense Ministry.

Another 3.8 million assault rifle rounds and 3 million machine gun rounds could be delivered to Jordan.
