Powerful Blasts Hits Police Station In Khujand

A car loaded with explosives was driven into a police station in northern Tajikistan on Friday morning, wounding at least 25 people, the New York Times reports.
A senior police official was killed and at least 25 others wounded, reported Agence France-Presse.
The attack took place in Khujand, the second-largest city in the country. The regional police headquarters of the organized-crime department was targeted, said officials.
