The Polish air force has just taken part in its first U.S.-led Red Flag exercise, reports the Air Force News Service.
The Red Flag-Alaska drills, which are scheduled to conclude this week at Eielson Air Force Base, involve Australian, German, Japanese and U.S. contingents.
The Polish air force sent a C-130 transport to take part in the training in Alaska. The drills have included mountain flying and maneuvers to evade simulated surface-to-air missiles.
