Police have been targeted by a pair of bomb attacks in Pakistan's northwest, Al Jazeera (Qatar) reports.
In one attack on Thursday, a remote-controlled bomb destroyed a vehicle carrying police and paramilitary forces in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province's Bannu district, killing three security personnel and wounding five others, said local police officials.
