Provincial authorities say police on Monday have killed six people who were allegedly attempting to carry out attacks with explosive devices in China’s western Xinjiang province, reports Agence France-Presse, citing local media.
Residents near the city of Kashgar noticed a “suspicious person carrying an explosive device” and called police, reported the state-run Tianshan news site.
