A series of Taliban attacks early this week have killed nine Afghan police officers, reports the New York Times.
In addition, 14 police officers are missing after the attacks on Monday and Tuesday, said security officials.
In the deadliest attack, insurgents attacked a police post in Helmand province late Monday, killing four police officers and two civilians, said security officials.
