Police Killed In Another Spin Boldak Suicide Bombing

Three Afghan police have been killed by a suicide bomber in Spin Boldak in Afghanistan's Kandahar province, reports Al Jazeera (Qatar).

Monday's attack was the second such bombing in four days in the city near the border with Pakistan.

"A car bomber approached the national police patrol cars and smashed his car into the police vehicles, killing three policemen and destroying the vehicle," the chief of Kandahar's border police told Agence France-Presse.
