The Taliban killed 11 Afghan police officers and a district governor in three separate attacks Saturday, the New York Times reports.
Six police officers were poisoned, then killed during a night attack on a police post in Kunduz province's Imam Sahib district near the border with Tajikistan, security officials said.
One of the police officers at the post was linked to the Taliban, district officials said.
