Police Grab At Least 40 Foreigners In Istanbul With Alleged ISIS Links

Turkish counterterrorism police have detained more than three dozen foreign nationals in Istanbul because of suspected links with Islamic State, reports Reuters, citing state media.

Late on Sunday, simultaneous raids were conducted at 23 addresses in Istanbul's Fatih district, resulting in the detaining of suspects from Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq and Azerbaijan, as reported by the Anadolu news agency. More than 40 were picked up, according to officials.
