German police say they have prevented a terrorist attack on a synagogue in the western city of Hagen, reports Deutsche Welle.
Hagen police said they had arrested four people following an investigation into the planned attack.
On late Wednesday, police deployed around the synagogue in Hagen, which canceled a Yom Kippur event due to the threat.
