Rock-throwing Palestinians clashed with police in the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Ras el-Amud on Friday afternoon, the Jerusalem Post reports.
At least 100 riot police used tear gas and batons to disperse the crowd.
Four border police were slightly wounded, security officials said.
Jerusalem's Old City area has been plagued by violent protests all week.
