Spanish police have detained four people suspected of recruiting youths to the Islamic State, reports the Local (Spain).
Three men and a woman were arrested on Wednesday in Ceuta, Spain's north African enclave, said an Interior Ministry statement.
Authorities say the suspects did their recruiting through the Internet, mostly with social media, the statement said.
