A roadside bomb was set off near a police minivan in Istanbul's Kucukcekmece district on Tuesday morning, injuring at least 15 people, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Those injured reportedly included police officers and civilian passers-by, according to Istanbul's police chief.
No group has claimed responsibility. Kurdish rebels have frequently been responsible for similar attacks on police.
