Police Among Victims In Kandahar Car Bombing

A car bomb has killed three people in the southern Afghan city of Kandahar, the Voice of America News reports.
The blast took place Monday outside a branch of the Kabul bank where police officers collect their salaries, said security officials.
At least one of the victims was a police officer, said officials. A dozen or more were wounded.
