PM Blames OLA For Civilian Massacre In West

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has accused the Oromo Liberation Army (OLA) of killing villagers in an ethnically motivated attack in western Ethiopia, reports the Guardian (U.K.).

On Monday, an unknown number of villagers were killed in two villages in Kellem Wollega in the western Oromia region, about 250 miles (400 km) west of Addis Ababa, the capital, in the second such attack against civilians in Oromia in a month.
