Plans Proceed For Naval Institute

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov has authorized the establishment of a new naval institute in Turkmenistan, reports the Trend News Agency (Azerbaijan).
The institute will train specialists for service with the Turkmen navy, which was officially created last August.
Turkmenistan has a significant coastline along the Caspian Sea that must be secured, Berdimuhammedov said.
