Plans Made For Advanced Recon Planes

South Korea has decided to buy a pair of advanced signals-intelligence aircraft, Defense News reports.
The Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) will release a request for proposals next month, with final bidders to be chosen by year's end, procurement officials said.
The planes could be used near North Korea by 2014, said unnamed sources.
