The head of the Maoists in Nepal says he has a plan to disband their guerrilla army, reports the Indo-Asian News Service.
The Maoist chief and head of the People's Liberation Army, best known as Prachanda, released four-month blueprint to disband the former rebels.
The Maoists have asked the government to seek feedback from the nearly 20,000 combatants about joining the national army or being rehabilitated.
