Pilots Safe After Marine Jets Collide Off San Diego

Two U.S. Marine Corps pilots are safe after their aircraft collided over the Pacific off San Diego, reports CNN.

Two F/A-18 Hornet fighter jets collided in mid-air Wednesday during a training mission, said service officials.

The jets are part of the Third Marine Aircraft Wing based at Air Station in Miramar, north of San Diego.
