A senior adviser to the Pentagon says that the military needs to revamp its personnel systems to reduce expenses, reports Defense News.
Growing personnel costs, including retirement and health care, need to be addressed, Arnold Punaro, a senior fellow with the Defense Business Board, told a Washington think tank.
