At least for the present, the U.S. Navy will not to send its X-47B unmanned aerial vehicle demonstrators to an aviation museum, reports National Defense magazine.
The air vehicles will be kept in flying condition until high-level decisions are made on how to proceed, officials said.
"The Navy is examining a range of potential follow-on activities involving the X-47B air vehicles," Navy Capt. Beau Duarte, the program manager for unmanned carrier aviation, said in a statement. ...
