Peacekeepers Need New Rules, Says President

President Goodluck Jonathan called on the U.N. to change the rules of engagement for its peacekeepers, indicating that Nigeria might otherwise end its participation such peacekeeping missions, reports the Leadership (Abuja).
The president's comments were made Monday at an international seminar on peace support operations hosted by the Nigerian Defense Ministry.
