Peace Talks With Pakistan To Move Forward

India and Pakistan have agreed to restart talks designed to normalize their relations, reports the Voice of America News.

Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his Pakistani counterpart Yousuf Raza Gilani discussed the effort on the sidelines of a regional conference in Bhutan.

Subsequent talks between foreign ministers will be "all encompassing," with any issues available for discussion, said Shah Mehmood Qureshi, the Pakistani foreign minister.
