Parliament Building In W. Papua Burns During Protests Over Detention Of Students

Protesters in Indonesia's eastern West Papua province have attacked government buildings and blocked roads following the detention of dozens of Papuan students in Surabaya, East Java province, reports SBS News (Australia). 

On Monday, demonstrators in Manokwar, the capital of West Papua, set fire to the local parliament building and burned debris in downtown roads, deputy governor Mohamad Lakotani told Kompas TV.
