A bomb disguised as a gift exploded Thursday in Athens, killing a top Greek security official, Agence France-Presse reports.
A parcel bomb blew up in a seventh floor office next to that of Citizen Protection Minister Michalis Chryssohoidis, killing his aide in charge of security and seriously damaging the building, police said.
The building is supposed to be one of the country's most heavily guarded sites.
