The U.K. is sending a battalion of British paratroopers to the Falkland Islands for the first time since the war with Argentina 30 years ago, reports London's Daily Telegraph.
The 3rd Battalion, the Parachute Regiment, is deploying in strength for the first time since the 1982 conflict, in which the unit fought in the Battle of Mount Longdon, considered the most brutal of the campaign.
