Pantsyr Air Defense Purchase Now Expected In 2016

Brazil anticipates buying a Russian-made air defense systems as early as next year, reports Russia's Sputnik news agency.
Brazil's Ambassador Jose Vallim Guerreiro to Russia said that a "general decision" had been made for the purchase of Pantsyr air defense systems.
"The deal is expected in the first half of 2016," Guerreiro told Sputnik.
