Defense Secretary Leon Panetta is in New Delhi for two days of talks with Indian officials, with Afghanistan high on the agenda, reports Reuters.
The secretary is expected to encourage India to take a more active role in Afghanistan as the international coalition reduces its forces in that country, U.S. officials said.
