Panetta Takes Note Of Increase In Attacks, Blasts Pakistan's 'Safe Haven'

During a visit to Kabul, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta made mention of the increase in attacks on NATO-led forces in Afghanistan and expressed impatience with the Pakistani government's level of cooperation, reports Bloomberg News.
