Palestinian Authority Rounds Up Militants In W. Bank

Over the past two weeks, the Palestinian Authority has arrested dozens of Hamas and Islamic Jihad militants in the West Bank, a PA source told Israel's Ha'aretz.

Several of those detained were high-ranking individuals, the source said.

Separately, the Interior Ministry of Hamas, which controls Gaza, arrested four members of rival Islamic Jihad on Wednesday in Khan Younis for allegedly abducting a man.
