A Pakistani soldier was killed Sunday by Indian troops shooting over the border in Kashmir, the Dawn (Pakistan) reports.
The Pakistani army said the unprovoked shooting took place in the Battal sector in Rawlakot.
Intermittent firing continued for some time in the Battal sector, according to military officials.
An Indian army spokesman accused Pakistan of firing first across the de facto border, reported Agence France-Presse.
