Pakistani Brothers Being Tried For Al-Qaida Links

The United Arab Emirates has placed on trial two Pakistani brothers accused of Al-Qaida activities, Agence France-Presse reports.
The suspects are charged with collecting money and recruiting jihadists for the terrorist organization.
The accused, identified in a U.A.E. report only as "AkW," 49, and "AsW," 43, confessed to having links with the Islamic terrorist group, prosecutors said. They were also said to have direct contact with a senior Al-Qaida member.
