PACOM Commander Cites Top Regional Concerns: N. Korea, Chinese Aggression, ISIS

The head of the U.S. Pacific Command says the Asia-Pacific region has listed what he sees as the three major threats facing the region: North Korea; China's activities in the South China Sea; and the rise of the Islamic State terrorist group in the Philippines, reports the Military Times.
