Pacific Fleet's Safety, Readiness Comes Under Fire

A government watchdog says that the U.S. Navy's Japan-based destroyers and cruisers have not kept up with their certifications, raising concerns about safety and readiness in the wake of recent ship collisions, reports CNN.
