Order Placed For New Armored Vehicles, Improvements Also Sought

The Norwegian government has begun efforts to upgrade the army's fleet of CV90 armored vehicles and buy additional units, reports the Norwegian Ministry of Defense.
Under a bill offered by the government, the Telemark Battalion and Armored Battalion would receive new and upgraded CV90s to cover shortfalls in their inventories of medium armored vehicles.
The upgrades would include mine protection, improved command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance...
