A Turkish joint venture, formed between BAE Systems in the U.S. and Nurol Holding in Turkey, has inked a contract with Deftech of Malaysia for armored vehicles, reports BAE Systems.
The US$559 million contract with FNSS Defense Systems covers the design, development and manufacture of 257 AV-8 8 x 8 wheeled armored vehicles for the Malaysian armed forces.
