The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) has clamped down against socializing on the Internet, reports the Global Times (China).
A joint notice issued by the General Staff Headquarters and the General Political Dept. of the PLA said that the entire army and the People's Armed Police must tighten their control over the practice of making friends online, reported the PLA Daily.
