The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) and Ministry of Education have decided to start an online military recruitment service aimed at college graduates, reports Xinhua, China's state news agency.
The army plans to recruit around 150,000 college graduates this year as part of efforts to improve the service's high-tech capabilities.
About 130,000 college graduates applied to join the army in 2009, with more than 100,000 being accepted, according to official statistics. The...
